We provide the ultimate care and highest quality of service for your most precious furbaby. Our friendly team will make you feel welcomed and your furbaby comfortable as soon as you walk in. We are very transparent with our grooming process and we don’t use cages. Most of all we provide one on one service for each furbaby.

Is your team qualified?

Our team are all highly qualified with many years of experience. We are lucky enough to also have 2 vet nurses who are part of our team.

What products do you use on my dog?

All products used are of the highest quality and based on the individual needs, we will select the perfect range for your furbaby. All our products are chemical free.

How often should I get my dog groomed?

The frequency of grooming may depend on the breed, length of fur, condition of fur and how active he/she is. An average time between grooms would be 4 weeks.

Do I need to book an appointment?

We do recommend making an appointment to best fit in with your schedule. We can take walk-ins where possible.

What payment methods are available?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, EFTPOS and cash

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

What if I'm running late?

Please contact us via phone if you will be more than 10 minutes late. We may need to alter the length of service.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Arriving 5 minutes before your appointment is ideal.

How will I know when my dog is ready to pick up?

We will send a text message to your preferred contact number 15 minutes before your fur baby is ready. This may be tailored if you prefer longer notice.
